Nvidia Projects $108 Billion Third Quarter Revenue

Nvidia Inc. issued revenue guidance for the third quarter of fiscal 2027, projecting $108 billion with a range between $105.8 billion and $110.2 billion. This growth is primarily supported by the AI Clouds, Industrial, and Enterprise segment, which now represents approximately 45% of Data Center revenue.

The company began production shipments of the Vera Rubin next-generation computing system in August 2026. Management expects these systems to contribute roughly one-fifth of Data Center revenue during the current quarter. This guidance assumes that the company will generate no Data Center compute revenue from China.

Despite the positive outlook, Nvidia expects supply constraints to persist through fiscal 2028. Management also noted that rising memory prices are creating financial pressure on the business.
