OnePlus Launches N6 Lite Budget Phone in India

OnePlus launched the N6 Lite 4G budget smartphone in India on September 22, 2026. Priced at Rs 16,999 (approximately $177), the device is available in Neo Green and Midnight Black, with some sources referring to the latter as Midnight Hype. The handset is sold through Amazon India, OnePlus.in, and various retail outlets.

The device features a 6.75-inch HD+ 120Hz LCD display and is powered by a Unisoc T7250 chipset. It is configured with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage, though it supports microSD expansion up to 2TB. Hardware specifications include a 7,000mAh battery, a 13MP rear camera with a 50MP High-Res mode, a 5MP front camera, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone holds MIL-STD-810H durability certification and an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance.

The N6 Lite 4G joins the N6 and N6x models in the N series lineup, though the company has not confirmed availability for markets outside India. In a separate development, Vivo Mobile India announced that the vivo V80 will launch in India on October 6, 2026. That upcoming device will feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display, a 7,200mAh battery with 90W FlashCharge, and a camera system co-engineered with ZEISS Optics.
