Beyond Meat Launches Beyond Steak Filet at Sprouts Nationwide

Beyond Meat Inc. launched its Beyond Steak Filet nationwide at Sprouts Farmers Market stores on October 29, 2026. The plant-based filet is composed of mycelium, faba bean protein, and avocado oil, offering 28 grams of protein, 3 grams of fiber, and 1 gram of saturated fat per serving. The product carries Non-GMO Project Verified and Clean Label Project certifications.

This rollout follows previous introductions at retailers including Wegmans, H-E-B, Meijer, and Erewhon. Data from SPINS Total US Food Channel for the 12 weeks ending October 4, 2026, indicates the filet is among the best-selling new plant-based steak products in the United States.

Founder and CEO Ethan Brown stated the product is designed to provide a satisfying steak taste and texture while expanding access to plant-based protein options. He described the product as having the potential to be a gamechanger for center-of-the-plate protein.
