Oracle Pledges $1 Billion to AI Partner Ecosystem

Oracle is investing $1 billion over four years to help its partner network develop and deliver AI-powered solutions and services.

Oracle committed $1 billion over the next four years to its partner ecosystem to accelerate the delivery of AI-powered solutions and services. Announced at the AI World 2026 conference in Las Vegas, the investment targets systems integrators, independent software vendors, and cloud service providers to meet rising customer demand for AI-driven modernization.

The funding will be distributed through the Oracle PartnerNetwork, focusing on four primary areas: building differentiated offerings, sales and marketing collaboration, delivery confidence via migration resources, and ongoing customer success. Specific benefits include expanded training, certification, technical enablement, and cloud migration funding.

Alongside the financial commitment, the company expanded its Oracle Marketplace to improve how partners sell to customers. Marketplace purchasing capabilities extended to India and Japan, while Multi-Party Private Offers launched in the United States, Spain, and Brazil, with further European Union expansion expected by late 2026. Oracle also increased the amount of Universal Credits customers can apply toward third-party Marketplace purchases to streamline procurement.

These initiatives follow a period of significant AI investment and reported workforce restructuring, including job cuts in September. Executives noted that the investment is designed to support diverse partner business models and expand the company's delivery capacity and sales reach.
