Micron Reports Strong Q4 Revenue Amid HBM4 Allocation Shifts
Micron Technology reported fourth-quarter revenue of $53.9 billion across DRAM and NAND segments while securing customer agreements for 75% of fiscal 2027 shipments.
Micron Technology, Inc. reported fourth-quarter revenue of $39.8 billion from DRAM and $14.1 billion from NAND, with earnings growth that exceeded market expectations. The company has secured strategic customer agreements covering more than 75% of shipments for fiscal year 2027, which provides increased visibility for future demand.
Despite the strong financial results, the company noted that its HBM4 allocation at Nvidia Inc. is smaller than previously anticipated. Micron also faces long-term market pressures, including rising competition from ChangXin Memory Technologies in the server DRAM market and the potential for industry oversupply after 2028.
