Apple Releases Apple Watch Ultra 4 with S11 Processor

Apple Inc. released the Apple Watch Ultra 4, a high-end smartwatch priced at $799. The device retains the design, screen, and color options of its predecessors but introduces an S11 processor and an improved battery that lasts approximately 79 hours during general use.

Hardware upgrades include sensors that measure heart rate every five seconds and daytime heart rate variability. These additions enable new recovery metrics and a dedicated readiness app that provides a physical recovery score out of 10. The device runs watchOS 27 and includes an upgraded Siri and a new Siri Modular watch face.

While the watch includes some AI tools, Apple has not yet enabled its audio intelligence features. Capabilities such as Siri Recap and Live Rewind are expected to arrive in late 2026.
