Airbnb, Inc. entered the Best Stocks in the Market list following a second-quarter financial report showing accelerated growth. The company reported revenue of $3.61 billion, a 17% increase, and free cash flow of $1.25 billion. Based on these results, management raised full-year guidance for the second time this year, targeting revenue growth in the mid-teens and an adjusted EBITDA margin of at least 35.5%.
CEO Brian Chesky credited artificial intelligence for significant operational improvements. He noted that AI reduced the time from concept to launch for engineering projects by up to 60% and decreased customer support costs per booking by 16% year-over-year. The company is also utilizing global mega-events, including the Olympics and World Cup, to expand its network effects and brand awareness.
Financial activity included the repurchase of $1.1 billion in stock during the second quarter. This action is part of a larger $6 billion authorization approved in August 2025.
