Keeper Security Reaches $225 Million Annual Recurring Revenue
Keeper Security reached $225 million in annual recurring revenue, driven by the rise of non-human identities and its privileged access management platform.
Keeper Security reached $225 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR), representing a three-fold increase since 2021. The company attributes this growth to the proliferation of agentic AI and non-human identities, which now outpace human identities by a ratio of 150:1.
A primary driver of this expansion was the February 2025 launch of KeeperPAM, a privileged access management platform that achieved 10x year-over-year revenue growth. Following these results, Gartner identified the company as the second-fastest-growing security software competitor globally in 2025, surpassed only by Google.
CEO Darren Guccione stated the company has established an accelerated path toward $1 billion in ARR, suggesting this growth may provide the option for a future public offering. CTO Craig Lurey noted that autonomous agents and machine-to-machine workflows are currently operating in enterprises without adequate governance or access controls.
