Speaking on the "Pivot" podcast, Clinton cited the narrow primary victory of Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan as a critical wake-up call for the party.

Clinton argued that El-Sayed must now unite the party by winning over independent and moderate voters before facing Republican Mike Rogers in the general election. She specifically noted that campaign positions such as ending U.S. aid to Israel and Medicare for All could alienate these key voting blocs.
