BONDE Network Helps Executive Women Redefine Professional Success

Meg Gold and Parnian Emami co-founded BONDE, a professional network designed for executive women to navigate the intersection of high-level ambition, leadership, and personal life. Unlike traditional corporate networks, the organization prioritizes psychological safety and authenticity, creating a space where members can discuss the isolation of senior management, imposter syndrome, and the challenges of balancing caregiving with professional demands.

The network operates as a peer-support system that helps members articulate their value for promotions and redefine success beyond the C-suite.
