Saudi AI Firm Humain Signs Major Global Tech Partnerships

The Saudi Arabian AI company Saudi Humain has entered several high-profile partnerships to expand the kingdom's technological infrastructure and diversify its economy. In a deal expected to generate $5 billion in annual revenue, Saudi Humain is providing U.S.-based Together AI with 250 megawatts of electricity and 120,000 semiconductors from data centers in Riyadh and Dammam. Together AI CEO Vipul Prakash noted that the move abroad is driven by local backlash and moratoriums against data centers in the United States.

Saudi Humain also expanded its collaboration with Adobe and the Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. The $4 billion agreement provides free AI-powered tools to over 27 million Saudi citizens and residents by the end of 2026, featuring a jointly developed image generation model tuned to Saudi culture and Arabic-language prompts.

Additionally, Saudi Humain partnered with California-based Applied Intuition to deploy a national autonomous logistics network by 2030. Announced at the LEAP conference in Riyadh, the initiative focuses on self-driving trucks, robotaxis, and port operations to secure logistics amid regional trade disruptions. Saudi Humain, which is backed by Aramco and the Public Investment Fund, continues to scale its domestic capacity through ventures with companies including Amazon Web Services, xAI, and a joint venture involving Advanced Micro Devices Inc. and Cisco Systems Inc.
