Nebius Group and other neocloud providers report that demand for AI compute continues to outstrip available supply. During recent earnings calls, these providers indicated that strong demand from frontier labs shows no tangible signs of slowing.

This supply-demand imbalance suggests that third-party hyperscalers may generate materially higher revenue per megawatt as they renew contracts and bring new capacity online compared to older agreements.
