Partners Group Explores €800 Million Private Credit Continuation Vehicle

Partners Group AG is considering a new continuation vehicle to shift €800 million in private credit loans to extend asset holding periods.

Partners Group AG is exploring the creation of a continuation vehicle to shift approximately €800 million ($917 million) of its private credit loans. The proposed fund would purchase loans from existing funds managed by the firm, allowing the company to hold these assets for a longer duration.

The assets targeted for the shift include loans from the 2018 and 2020 Private Markets Credit Strategies funds, as well as the fifth, sixth, and seventh funds of the firm's Multi-Asset Credit strategy. Investors currently holding positions in the original funds will be provided the option to either roll over their capital into the new vehicle or exit their positions.
