YETI Holdings Sets Billion-Dollar Growth Targets Through 2030
YETI Holdings announced a long-term strategy targeting mid- to high-single-digit annual sales growth and $1.4 billion in cumulative free cash flow by 2030.
YETI Holdings announced a long-term growth strategy during an investor day event in Austin, Texas, targeting mid- to high-single-digit annual net sales growth through fiscal 2030. The company expects to generate between $1.2 billion and $1.4 billion in cumulative free cash flow over the five-year period, with adjusted earnings per share projected to grow at a low-double-digit to high-teens annual rate.
CEO Matt Reintjes outlined four primary objectives centered on billion-dollar milestones: creating the next billion dollars in sales, establishing a billion-dollar product platform focused on bags and soft coolers, generating a billion dollars in international sales, and delivering over a billion dollars in cumulative free cash flow. Reintjes stated that the capabilities beneath the business are stronger, the playbook is clearer and the opportunity is broader.
To fund these strategic investments, the company launched Project Upcycle, an initiative designed to achieve $100 million in productivity savings. YETI also reiterated its fiscal 2026 targets, projecting revenue growth of 7% to 8% and adjusted earnings per share between $2.94 and $3.00.
