Doublesoul Secures Investment From Kendra Scott on Shark Tank

Doublesoul CEO Allison Strumeyer secured an investment from Kendra Scott after Pete Davidson pitched the sock company on Shark Tank.

Allison Strumeyer, cofounder and CEO of the sock company Doublesoul, launched the business in 2022 after raising approximately $2 million in venture funding. Strumeyer established the company to bring innovation and design to the sock category, drawing on her professional background at BlackRock and Mirror.

The company gained early momentum when comedian Pete Davidson became a customer and later an investor, partnering with Strumeyer and her husband, Ben. When the company appeared on the television show Shark Tank, Strumeyer was unable to travel for the taping due to her pregnancy.

Ben and Pete Davidson pitched the business on her behalf during the episode. Their presentation successfully secured an investment from Shark and entrepreneur Kendra Scott.
