iQOO Launches Neo11 Ultra Gaming Phone in China
iQOO released the Neo11 Ultra smartphone in China featuring a 9100mAh battery and a custom MediaTek Dimensity 9500M processor.
iQOO launched the Neo11 Ultra and Z11S smartphones in China on August 18, 2026. The Neo11 Ultra is positioned as a performance-oriented gaming device, featuring a custom MediaTek Dimensity 9500M processor and a proprietary Q2 gaming chip designed for touch optimization and super-resolution.
The device is equipped with a 9100mAh Blue Ocean Battery that supports 100W fast charging and a 6.83-inch 2K LTPS OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. To manage heat during high-performance tasks, the phone utilizes an 8K Ice Dome 3D VC liquid cooling system and carries IP68 and IP69 durability ratings.
The camera hardware includes a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700V main sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Pricing for the Neo11 Ultra starts at 3399 yuan for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model, reaching 4399 yuan for the 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant.
