Libya Plans to Boost Gas Output to 4 Billion Cubic Feet

Khalifa Rajab Abdulsadek, a minister in Libya's Government of National Unity, announced a plan to increase the country's gas output to 4 billion standard cubic feet per day. Speaking at an energy forum in Bangkok on Tuesday, Abdulsadek stated that the target should be achievable within the next three to five years.

The projected growth will rely on the development of discovered resources, specifically targeting both free gas and associated gas. This strategic increase aims to leverage existing reserves to expand Libya's energy production capacity.
