Cairn Homes reported a 60% increase in half-year revenue to approximately €450 million for the six months ending June 2026. The home builder sold 1,130 units during this period, a significant rise from the 708 units sold in the previous year. Following the update, the company's shares rose in Dublin trade.

CEO Michael Stanley announced that the company will deliver 6,000 new homes across 2026 and 2027, supported by a forward order book of 4,800 homes valued at €1.8 billion. Cairn is currently active on 26 sites across Galway, Cork, and the Greater Dublin Area. The board also approved a near 4.5 cent interim dividend per share, representing an approximate 10% increase over last year.

Cairn expects annual sales to exceed €1 billion for the first time in 2026. The company reaffirmed its full-year turnover guidance between €1.05 billion and €1.08 billion, with an expected operating profit of €180 million to €185 million. This growth is supported by state initiatives, including the Croí Cónaithe (Cities) scheme and over €800 million approved for the Housing Infrastructure Investment Fund by the Government of Ireland.
