CEA Industries Regains Nasdaq Compliance After Stockholders Meeting
CEA Industries Inc. regained compliance with Nasdaq listing rules after holding a special stockholders meeting to resolve a previous filing deficiency.
CEA Industries Inc. regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5620(a) following a special meeting of stockholders held on July 22, 2026. The company received written confirmation from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC that the compliance matter is now closed.
The issue began on May 7, 2026, when Nasdaq notified the company that it was not in compliance with the rule requiring listed companies to hold an annual meeting of stockholders within twelve months of their fiscal year end.
To resolve the deficiency, the company conducted its 2026 Special Meeting in Lieu of Annual Meetings of Stockholders in July. CEA Industries subsequently filed the final voting results from that meeting with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on July 24, 2026. The company's common stock and warrants continue to be listed and traded on the Nasdaq Capital Market.
