Dorman Products Reports Q2 Earnings Amid Tariff Pressures

Dorman Products Inc. reports second-quarter earnings on August 3 with analysts projecting a revenue increase but a decline in earnings due to tariff costs.

Dorman Products Inc. is scheduled to report its second-quarter financial results after the market close on Monday, August 3, 2026. Analysts expect the automotive aftermarket supplier to report revenue of $582.26 million and earnings of $1.89 per share for the quarter that ended June 27.

While revenue is projected to grow by 7.6% year-over-year, earnings are expected to drop by 8.3%. This decline is attributed to persistent margin pressures caused by tariffs implemented in 2025. These costs reduced gross margins to 36% in the first quarter, falling short of the company's long-term average of 41%.

The company has previously reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, forecasting adjusted diluted earnings between $8.10 and $8.50 per share and net sales growth ranging from 7% to 9%. Management is scheduled to discuss the second-quarter results during a conference call on August 4.
