Multiple UK Travel Firms Enter Liquidation Amid Industry Struggle

TS Travels Group and Jab Travel Ltd have entered liquidation, reflecting a broader trend of travel industry failures across the United Kingdom in 2026.

Several United Kingdom travel companies have entered liquidation in 2026, reflecting a wider trend of economic struggle across the sector. TS Travels Group, a West Yorkshire-based coach and minibus hire firm operating since 2015, ceased operations and took its website offline after accruing debts exceeding £250,000. Laura Anne Walshe of Keywood Group Limited was appointed as liquidator on July 29, 2026.

Similarly, Cannock-based Jab Travel Ltd is entering liquidation with outstanding debts totaling £120,226. The agency has scheduled a creditors' meeting for August 11, 2026, to determine the appointment of a liquidator and further proceedings.

These failures follow other recent collapses in the industry, including the January 2026 closure of Ilkley-based Gold Crest Holidays and the recent liquidation of Ski Yodl Ltd. Reports indicate a systemic decline in the travel sector this year, with four airlines and multiple other agencies also entering administration or liquidation.
