Circle CFO Jeremy Fox-Geen to Step Down
Jeremy Fox-Geen will resign as Chief Financial Officer of Circle Internet Group by December 2026 after leading the company through a $1.2 billion IPO.
Jeremy Fox-Geen will step down as Chief Financial Officer of Circle Internet Group, Inc. after more than five years in the role. Having joined the company in May 2021, Fox-Geen is scheduled to remain in his position through the end of December 2026, though he may depart sooner if a successor is appointed.
During his tenure, Fox-Geen managed the financial organization through a $1.2 billion initial public offering. Circle has engaged an executive search firm to identify a replacement for the role. The company provides blockchain infrastructure, including the USDC stablecoin network, Arc blockchain services, and the Circle Payments Network.
