Sav and Visa Sign Exclusive Five-Year Fintech Partnership

Consumer fintech platform Sav has entered into an exclusive five-year, multimillion-dollar strategic partnership with Visa. Under the terms of the agreement, Visa will serve as the exclusive card network for Sav within the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

The collaboration is designed to accelerate customer acquisition and product innovation. Sav's card portfolio will be fully powered by Visa, granting users global acceptance and access to Visa's partner networks. The integration is expected to speed up Sav's development roadmap, which includes the future launch of multi-currency cards and credit cards, although the credit offerings remain subject to regulatory approvals.

Purvi Munot, cofounder and CEO of Sav, stated that the partnership combines global acceptance with rewards to help users manage their wealth more effectively. Salima Gutieva, Visa's Vice President and Country Manager for the UAE, noted that the agreement supports Sav's expansion of its financial platform across the region.
