Andersen Group Acquires Andersen Tax Limited in United Kingdom

Andersen Group Inc. completed the acquisition of Andersen Tax Limited in the United Kingdom on October 5, 2026. The transaction integrates the UK entity into the publicly traded company to expand its tax capabilities and presence in the region.

Mark L. Vorsatz, Chairman and CEO of Andersen Group Inc., stated that the move strengthens the firm's ability to provide integrated services to multinational clients. The company plans to further invest in the United Kingdom by adding talent and complementary businesses.

This acquisition is part of a broader growth phase for the firm. Andersen Group has signed 16 transactions in 2026 totaling approximately $134 million in annualized revenue, all of which are expected to close in the fourth quarter.
