Third Point Management Invests in Flex Ltd Following Spin-Off

Third Point Management established a new investment position in Flex Ltd following the company's announcement that it intends to separate its Cloud & Power Infrastructure (CPI) business into an independent public company.

In its second-quarter 2026 investor letter, the investment firm stated that the market is underestimating the quality, growth profile, and strategic positioning of the emerging CPI entity. Third Point Management characterized the business as a critical provider of integrated server racks, liquid cooling products, and electrical power systems necessary for AI datacenter deployments.

The firm noted that Flex occupies a unique market position by combining rack integration with proprietary power and cooling solutions.
