Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. will join the S&P SmallCap 600 index before the start of trading on Wednesday, October 28, 2026. The real estate company replaces Arcosa Inc., which is being removed from the index.

S&P Dow Jones Indices triggered the adjustment after CRH plc, a constituent of the S&P 500, completed its acquisition of Arcosa Inc. on October 23, 2026. The closure of this deal necessitated the removal of Arcosa from the SmallCap 600 to maintain index standards.
