Jack Henry & Associates Appoints Richard Preece to Board

Jack Henry & Associates Inc. appointed Richard N. Preece to its Board of Directors effective August 20, 2026. Preece, the current CEO of Liminex, Inc., which operates as GoGuardian, will serve on the board's Human Capital & Compensation and Risk & Compliance committees. He brings previous executive experience from Intuit Inc. and LegalZoom.com, Inc.

Simultaneously, the company announced that director Wes Brown will not stand for reelection at the November annual meeting. Brown, the President of Bent St. Vrain & Company, LLC, is stepping down in accordance with the company's retirement age policy. He has served on the board since 2015, following an earlier term from 2005 to 2014.
