KIDZ AI Acquires Stake in Cambodia National Data Center

KIDZ AI Inc. entered into an agreement to acquire a 2.0% minority equity interest in Huading Development (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., the operator of Cambodia's first Tier III data center. The facility in Phnom Penh is designated by the Royal Government of Cambodia as the national cloud data center and is currently operational with connections to three international submarine cable systems.

Through the partnership, the company secures a three-year right of first refusal to lease up to 1 MW of data center load and a 30-day exclusive right of first offer on future capacity expansions. CEO Stephanie Luo stated that the acquisition allows the company to bypass the multi-year timeline required to build infrastructure from the ground up, providing a base for the company to build across Southeast Asia.

The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals and due diligence.
