Telangana Sells Hyderabad Land for Record 1,386 Crore
The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation sold 5.25 acres of land in Hyderabad's Raidurg corridor for a record 264 crore per acre.
The Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) generated 1,386 crore through the e-auction of a 5.25-acre multi-use land parcel, known as Plot P1, in Hyderabad's Raidurg IT corridor. The land sold for 264 crore per acre, marking a 50.9 percent premium over the reserve price of 175 crore per acre.
This transaction establishes a new price benchmark for the Raidurg corridor, surpassing the previous record of 237 crore per acre set in May 2026. The sale was conducted via the MSTC e-Auction platform, with JLL serving as the exclusive transaction advisor.
TGIIC Vice Chairman and Managing Director K. Shashanka stated that the record pricing is a clear endorsement of the state's development philosophy and infrastructure excellence. He noted that the competitive spirit of the auction reflects the transformation of Hyderabad into a world-class business destination and signals strong conviction from the developer community regarding the region's future.
