Kian-M Export Files for 500 Crore IPO
Kian-M Export Ltd filed a draft prospectus with Sebi to launch an initial public offering to fund expansion and acquisitions.
Kian-M Export Ltd, a textile manufacturer and exporter based in Rajkot, filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India on Thursday to launch an initial public offering. The IPO includes a fresh issue of shares worth ₹500 crore and an offer for sale of up to 15 lakh equity shares.
The company plans to use the proceeds to fund working capital requirements and purchase new machinery and equipment. Additionally, Kian-M Export intends to make capital expenditure investments in its subsidiary, Usha Cotton Ltd, and acquire a 35.29 per cent stake in Ultra Denim Ltd.
For the financial year ending March 31, 2026, the company reported revenue of ₹383.01 crore and a profit after tax of ₹42.19 crore. Exports accounted for more than half of its total revenue during that period.
