Parsons Wins $40 Million Army Electronic Warfare Contract

Parsons Corporation received a $40 million Non-Kinetic Effects cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to advance next-generation electromagnetic warfare capabilities for U.S. Army national security missions. The agreement includes one base year and four-and-a-half option period years.

Under the terms of the contract, the company will develop and deploy electronic warfare solutions designed to disrupt adversary systems in contested environments. These efforts aim to increase warfighter lethality and support future force modernization, specifically aligning with Joint All-Domain Command and Control initiatives.

Mike Kushin, president of Parsons' Defense and Intelligence, stated that the company intends to accelerate the delivery of these capabilities to the warfighter to ensure the military maintains an operational advantage in the electromagnetic battlespace.
