Fractal Analytics Ltd reported a 92% year-on-year increase in net profit to Rs 72.3 crore for the first quarter of FY27, ending June 30, 2026. The company's operating revenue grew 20% to Rs 912.5 crore, supported by an adjusted EBITDA margin that expanded 189 basis points to 17% and a gross margin of 46%.
Growth was primarily driven by the Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical, which rose 69%, and the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance segment, which grew 36%. The Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail vertical grew 19%, though the Technology, Media and Telecommunications business declined 22%.
Group CEO Srikanth Velamakanni attributed the strong performance to enterprises allocating transformation budgets toward AI. He noted that clients increasingly require partners capable of managing data sovereignty and open-weight AI models as these priorities grow for both governments and enterprises.
