Vitec Software Group Reports 15% Growth in Q3 2026

Vitec Software Group increased net sales and EBITA by 15% in the third quarter of 2026, driven by organic growth and four strategic acquisitions.

Vitec Software Group reported a 15% year-over-year increase in both net sales and EBITA for the third quarter of 2026, with net sales reaching SEK 909 million. The Swedish company achieved this growth through organic expansion and four strategic acquisitions in the maternity care, waste-to-energy, property management, and automotive dismantling sectors.

Recurring revenue continues to be a primary strength, accounting for 88% of total sales. However, transaction-based revenue grew at a faster rate, fueled by increased energy trading activity and stronger real estate markets in Norway and Sweden. The company is currently integrating artificial intelligence across its 49 autonomous business units to enhance customer value and R&D efficiency.

Despite these financial gains, Vitec shares fell 4.97% to $302 following the announcement on October 23, 2026. CEO Olle Backman noted that the company is maintaining its pace and described its role as sometimes being part of an ecosystem and other times being the core of one.
