Chief Minister Revanth Reddy Sets $3 Trillion GDP Target for Telangana

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy inaugurated Premier Energies' Next-Gen Solar Module Manufacturing Facility in Seetharampur, Rangareddy district, on Thursday. The launch aligns with the Telangana Rising 2047 vision, which emphasizes the creation of peri-urban industrial zones to stimulate regional growth across the state.
During the event, Reddy presented an economic roadmap to transform Telangana into a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and a $3 trillion economy by 2047. He stated that the state aims to contribute 10% to India's total GDP by 2047. For the capital city, he introduced the CURE, PURE and RARE model intended to reshape urban development in Hyderabad.
Beyond industrial growth, the Chief Minister detailed several welfare and labor initiatives. These include the Indiramma Housing Scheme and expanded food security through new ration cards. For government employees, Reddy announced a Rs 1 crore insurance scheme and a guarantee that salaries would be credited on the first of every month.
