EnerSys to Acquire Ultralife Corporation for $320 Million

EnerSys agreed to acquire battery manufacturer Ultralife Corporation for $16 per share in cash, valuing the New York-based technology company at approximately $320 million. The companies announced the merger agreement after the market closed on Tuesday.

Following the announcement, Ultralife shares surged 145%, while EnerSys shares gained 2%.
