Gorilla Technology Group Targets $1.8 Billion Revenue via AI Infrastructure
Gorilla Technology Group is shifting toward sovereign AI infrastructure, led by a $2.5 billion GPU deployment program in India.
Gorilla Technology Group announced a strategic pivot from software toward AI infrastructure and sovereign AI during the Water Tower Research Virtual Insights Conference on September 22, 2026. The company is expanding into three primary revenue engines: traditional security services, managed data center solutions, and AI infrastructure, including GPU-as-a-service.
A central component of this strategy is the Yotta AI program in India, which involves deploying 25,856 advanced GPUs with an aggregate contract value between $2.5 billion and $2.6 billion. To support these large-scale deployments, the company established a $2 billion supply chain arrangement with Supermicro. Other regional expansions include a data center campus in Thailand, server deployments in Indonesia, and government data centers in Egypt supporting the Octagon initiative.
Financial growth has accelerated, with revenue rising from $74 million in 2024 to $101 million in 2025, and over $78 million earned in the first half of 2026. Management provided revenue guidance of $450 million to $500 million for the next fiscal year, targeting $1.3 billion to $1.8 billion the following year. CEO Jay Chandan noted a project pipeline exceeding $10 billion, driven by demand for national AI control across Asia and the Middle East. Fitch Ratings recently assigned the company a B- rating with a positive outlook.
