Microsoft Launches Decision-1 AI Model to Rival OpenAI

Microsoft launched Microsoft-Decision-1, a new artificial intelligence model engineered to execute decisions with increased speed and efficiency. The model focuses on optimizing operational tasks, such as identifying specific content within images or selecting the most effective AI model for a given assignment.

This release follows a similar move by OpenAI, which recently introduced its own Decisions API. Microsoft claims that Microsoft-Decision-1 outperformed competing models in internal tests that measured both accuracy and processing speed.
