United States and Denmark Reach Greenland Security Agreement

The Government of the United States and the Government of Denmark have established a formal diplomatic and security agreement regarding Greenland. The deal grants the United States permanent basing, overflight, and access rights, enabling a significantly expanded military presence on the island.
