Executive search firm Caldwell appointed Ali Palmer as a Partner in its Human Resources Practice. Based in London, Palmer will advise boards, CEOs, and chief people officers on recruiting senior human resources leaders to support organizational growth and transformation.
Palmer joins the firm with over 20 years of experience in executive search and leadership advisory. Her previous roles include serving as a partner and head of the global People & Culture practice at another executive search firm and as senior director of executive experience at Avanade.
Chief Executive Officer Chris Beck stated that the appointment is a step in the growth of the firm's European business and global Human Resources Practice. Regional Managing Partner for Europe Alex Alcott added that Palmer strengthens the firm's capabilities in Europe.
