Garmin Launches CIRQA Screen-Free Fitness Band for $199.99
Garmin Ltd. released the CIRQA Smart Band, a screen-free health tracker that monitors biometrics without requiring a recurring subscription for core features.
Garmin Ltd. launched the CIRQA Smart Band on July 22, 2026, marking the company's first entry into the screen-free fitness tracker market. Priced at $199.99, the wearable is designed to minimize distractions and can be worn as either a wristband or an armband in seven different colors. The device offers up to 10 days of battery life and utilizes connected GPS via a paired smartphone for outdoor exercise.
The CIRQA monitors heart rate, Pulse Ox, skin temperature, sleep stages, and Body Battery energy levels. Users can track over 80 activities, with data accessed through the Garmin Connect app. For women's health, the band integrates with the FDA-cleared Natural Cycles birth control app, though that specific service requires a separate subscription.
Unlike competitors such as Whoop or Google's Fitbit Air, the CIRQA does not require a recurring subscription for its core health and fitness features. However, Garmin offers an optional Garmin Connect+ service for $6.99 per month for additional insights. While the device is available in global markets, the company has not yet announced pricing or availability for India.
