Sonoma Pharmaceuticals Reports Record Revenue and First Positive EBITDA

Sonoma Pharmaceuticals achieved positive adjusted EBITDA for the first time in company history following record first-quarter revenue of $6.4 million.

Sonoma Pharmaceuticals reported record quarterly revenue of $6.4 million for the first quarter ending June 30, 2026, marking the first time the company achieved positive adjusted EBITDA in its history. Revenue grew from $4.0 million in the prior-year period, driven by a 141% surge in U.S. sales and a 34% increase in European operations.

The company's gross profit rose to $2.6 million, reflecting a 40% margin. Sonoma Pharmaceuticals ended the quarter with $5.3 million in cash and cash equivalents while maintaining flat operating expenses.

CEO Amy Trombly attributed the financial turnaround to new FDA clearances, expanded distribution partnerships, and strong over-the-counter demand. She stated that the results demonstrate the company has reached an important inflection point and remains well positioned for continued profitable growth.
