HP Launches ZBook Ultra G3a 16 AI Workstation in India

HP Inc. launched the ZBook Ultra G3a 16 in India, a premium mobile workstation tailored for engineers, AI developers, and content creators. The device utilizes AMD Ryzen AI Max+ PRO processors, with high-end configurations offering the AI Max+ PRO 495, 192GB of unified memory, and 160GB of dedicated VRAM. These specifications enable professionals to run local AI models with up to 300 billion parameters, which reduces the need for cloud-based infrastructure.

The workstation includes a 16-inch display available in WUXGA IPS or 2.8K OLED options and a 96Wh battery rated for up to 14 hours of use. Weighing 1.9kg, the laptop incorporates 5G connectivity, HP Wolf Security, and a thermal architecture that supports 100W of performance.

Sanjeev Pathak, Senior Director of HP Solutions at HP India, stated that the device brings AI at the edge to a mobile workstation to help users apply agentic AI to complex workflows. The ZBook Ultra G3a 16 is priced at ₹2,89,990, excluding taxes, and is available through commercial channel partners in India.
