Tiny Ltd Acquires Oso Cloud for $1.9 Million
Tiny Ltd acquired enterprise software firm Oso Cloud for $1.9 million to expand its authorization and access control portfolio.
Canadian holding company Tiny Ltd completed the acquisition of Oso Cloud on October 1, 2026. The transaction was valued at approximately $1.9 million, with $1.2 million paid in cash at closing and $0.7 million held back for transition services and transaction adjustments. Tiny funded the purchase using cash from its balance sheet.
Oso Cloud specializes in authorization and access control for enterprise software, serving roughly 80 customers in the security, fintech, and developer software industries. The acquisition adds $5.3 million in annualized recurring revenue to Tiny's portfolio, raising its pro forma ARR from $70.0 million to approximately $75.4 million.
Chief Executive Officer Austin Singhera stated that controlling access to sensitive data and critical systems is fundamental to how large enterprises operate securely, particularly as AI tools and new applications change work processes. He noted that Oso Cloud helps customers manage those permissions and expressed confidence in the business's growth prospects.
