JSW MG Motor India Hits Record July Wholesale Sales

JSW MG Motor India achieved its highest-ever monthly wholesale figures in July 2026, dispatching 8,158 units to dealers. This represents a 22 percent increase year-on-year and marks the third consecutive month of record growth, following wholesale totals of 7,568 units in June and 6,048 units in May.

New energy vehicles, specifically the Comet EV and Windsor EV, were the primary drivers of this growth, accounting for more than 80 percent of the total sales for the month. In addition to its electric lineup, the company expanded its internal combustion engine offerings by launching the Majestor SUV and introduced a new plug-in hybrid SUV based on the Starlight platform in mid-July.

Managing Director Anurag Mehrotra stated that the results demonstrate the strength of the company's diverse portfolio and its capacity to meet evolving customer aspirations.
