Gaza Death Toll Reaches 74,640 Since October 2023

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip report that the death toll from military actions by the Cabinet of Israel has reached 74,640, with 175,947 people injured since October 7, 2023. In the 48 hours leading up to November 7, 2026, hospitals received 10 fatalities and 22 injured individuals.

Violence has continued despite a ceasefire that took effect on October 11. Since that agreement, Israeli airstrikes and gunfire have killed 1,610 Palestinians and injured 5,819 others.

Rescue efforts remain severely limited. While 849 bodies have been recovered from rubble, thousands of victims remain trapped beneath collapsed buildings and on roads because ambulance and rescue teams are unable to reach them.
