JFrog Shares Surge 30% After Strong Third-Quarter Results

JFrog Ltd. shares jumped over 30% after the company reported third-quarter revenue of $179.2 million and provided fourth-quarter guidance exceeding analyst expectations.

Shares of JFrog Ltd. surged over 30% to $97.28 on Friday following the release of third-quarter financial results and fourth-quarter guidance that significantly beat Wall Street expectations. The company reported revenue of $179.2 million, representing a 31% increase from the previous year, with adjusted earnings of 32 cents per share.

Growth was primarily driven by the cloud business, which saw revenue rise 60% year-over-year to $101.5 million. CEO Shlomi Ben Haim attributed this increase to higher cloud consumption from developers using AI coding tools and a rise in security product adoption among large enterprise customers.

Looking ahead, the company provided a fourth-quarter revenue guidance midpoint of $184 million, which is 9.3% above analyst estimates. While the strong non-GAAP performance pushed the company's market value to approximately $11.6 billion, JFrog reported a GAAP operating loss of $1.8 million.
