Absolute Financial Group Adds £134 Million in Assets

Absolute Financial Group acquired four independent financial adviser firms in South East England, bringing its total assets under advice to over £2.4 billion.

Absolute Financial Group expanded its footprint in South East England by acquiring four independent financial adviser firms. The transactions include the purchase of client books from T&L Financial Services in Eastbourne, Paul Tune Financial Services in Battle, and Clear Sense Financial Planning in Chichester, all of which involve retiring proprietors.

The group also acquired Horton Independent Financial Planning in Canterbury, where the adviser will remain in place. These four deals added £134 million in assets under advice, increasing the group's total to more than £2.4 billion.

Since launching in December 2025, the consolidator has completed 14 acquisitions. The company employs a flexible operating model that allows firm owners to either retire immediately, continue working, or utilize a partnership programme for a phased exit. CEO David Carter stated that the deals demonstrate the company's capacity to support client books when owners retire while providing a growth path for those wishing to join a larger organization.
