Klaviyo Reports 26% Revenue Growth and Launches AI Agents

Klaviyo CEO Andrew Bialecki reported 26% revenue growth and announced a shift toward an autonomous B2C CRM model using AI agents.

Andrew Bialecki, CEO of Klaviyo, reported a solid quarter featuring 26% revenue growth and a run rate of nearly $1.5 billion. While the company set full-year guidance at 24%, Bialecki noted durable growth among small businesses and successful expansion into larger enterprises, including new clients such as the San Francisco 49ers and Warner Music Group.

Klaviyo is pivoting toward an autonomous B2C CRM model by integrating AI agents to automate marketing and consumer engagement. This strategy includes a composer agent for marketing optimization and a customer agent for proactive consumer interaction. The customer agent utilizes an outcome-based pricing model, meaning clients pay only when a situation is resolved.

Bialecki attributed the effectiveness of these AI tools to the company's foundation as a data platform. This infrastructure allows AI agents to leverage deep business context and individual consumer preferences to drive incremental sales.
