Inspire Medical Systems Raises 2026 Outlook After Strong Q2

Inspire Medical Systems reported second-quarter 2026 financial results that outperformed its own internal expectations. Based on this performance, the company raised its full-year 2026 outlook for revenue, adjusted operating margin, and adjusted earnings.

The company now projects total revenue for the year to fall between $835 million and $875 million. As part of this growth strategy, the company is pursuing an initiative called Project Horizon, which targets an annualized investment capacity of $30 million.
