Cairn Homes Raises Revenue Forecast to 1.08 Billion Euro
Cairn Homes increased its annual revenue forecast and announced a 50 million euro share buyback following a 60 percent rise in first-half revenue.
Cairn Homes updated its annual revenue forecast to 1.08 billion euro after reporting a 60 percent increase in first-half revenue to 455.5 million euro. The developer's gross profit rose 54 percent to 96.9 million euro, and the company now holds a record forward order book of 5,020 homes valued at 1.89 billion euro across 30 sites.
For the year ending June 2026, the company reported an average home selling price of 393,000 euro, representing a 1.6 percent increase. This growth is lower than the 5.6 percent rise recorded by the Central Statistics Office Ireland for the wider market. Despite this, the company announced a 10 percent increase in its interim dividend and a new 50 million euro share buyback program.
Looking forward, the developer has revised its build cost inflation expectations. It now expects inflation to reach approximately 2.5 percent this year, an increase from previous forecasts of 1 to 1.5 percent.
